Dear Prospective Client
In order to devote less time to administrative matters and focus on patient care, we are reminding everyone of our office policies Payment: Payment for services is due at the time it is rendered. You may pay by check, cash or Credit Card at the time of each appointment.
Appointments: You can schedule an appointment by calling 406 205-4419 or toll free 800 510-0756.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment and no-shows will result in the client being billed the cost of the missed appointment. These appointments cannot be billed to an insurance company and thus are the client’s responsibility to pay. Allow extra time for your travel to the office so that you will arrive on time. Although we will try to accommodate such circumstances, those who arrive late may have to be scheduled for another day.
Confidentiality: We are HIPAA compliant and keep all financial, medical and personal information private and securely encoded.
Emergencies: In case of true medical or psychological emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.
Insurance:  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee: Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
